Ramfjord International was established in 2020, as a result of the expanding international investment by Galleri Ramfjord over the years. Centrally located in Oslo, the new exhibition space showcases a selection of contemporary, figurative international art for a Norwegian audience. It is also a platform for exhibiting Norwegian artists internationally with pop-up projects and art fairs. While the main focus is on oil painting, there is also a range of drawing, photography, sculpture and installation on display.

The gallery’s mission is to promote international artists in Norway, and Norwegian artists abroad. In the fall of 2022, Ramfjord International had a very successful pop-up exhibition at the Lower East Side in New York, promoting both Norwegian and international artists.

Although Ramfjord International is a relatively young gallery, the strong connection with Galleri Ramfjord has given he exhibition space great success, resulting in museum collaborations and important collection investments. Amongst these are international purchases by New Salem Museum, The Bennett Collection, The Batra Family Collection, ESKFF (Eileen S. Kaminsky Family Foundation), the MEAM (European Museum of Modern Art) and artists in residency programs both national and international.
